Som vanliga turister….
I går var vi vanliga turister i Tokyo. Här finns ju så otroligt mycket att se så man har svårt att välja. Vi har varit runt en del och sett en massa roliga saker men på en del ställen glömde vi att fotografera. Så igår åkte vi tillbaka till de här ställena och fotograferade, och tog en sista titt.

Vi började i Shibuya där vi fotograferade Tokyos största och stökigaste korsning. Den ligger precis vid Starbucks. Detta är trendcity, och här finns allt att köpa i klädväg mm. Takeshita dori som korsningen heter är ett myller av människor och bilar och blinkande ljus, kul att ha sett det.

Därefter tog vi oss till Ginza och tog lite kort på alla människor och alla affärer.

Helt otroligt så mycket affärer här finns.I det här kvarteret finns det också rätt mycket barer och restauranger.

Nästa station blev Akihabara där elektric city finns.

Också ett myller av spelaffärer och elektronik affärer i 5 plan på en del ställen. Vi var inne och kikade en sista runda om det var någonting vi behövde till datorn, men vi hittade ingenting.

Vi tog en rundtur med båt på floden .Jag satt som vanligt o somnade efter en stund. Men det var så skönt att sitta i solen och gunga och efter en hel dag bland affärer och millioner människor behövde jag väl vila mig en stund. Vi fick i alla fall se stora delar av Tokyo och fiskmarknaden från sjösidan.

Slutligen åkte vi hem och började packa om våra grejor för från och med nu skall vi bara ha våra ryggsäckar med oss.
Vi åkte idag ut till Yokohama igen med motorcyklarna och ställde in dem i ett magasin, sedan var vi och fick ordnat med alla papper så att de kan skickas den 26:e. Efter detta tog vi tåget från Yokohama tillbaka till vårt lilla ”hem”, vandrarhemmat Asakusa Smile. Vi satte oss och bokade så nu har vi biljetter till Thailand, Bangkok och vi har bokat ett hotell där i 3 nätter. Vi måste stanna några dagar i Bangkok för att kolla upp var motorcyklarna anländer när de kommer till Thailand. Vi måste också hitta någon som kan serva våra motorcyklar eftersom vi kört mer än 10 000 km, sedan vi startade i Sverige.

As ordinary tourists. …
Yesterday we were tourists in Tokyo. Here there’s so much to see so it is hard to choose. We’ve been around some and seen a lot of fun things, but in some places we forgot to photograph. So yesterday we went back to these places and photographed, and took one last look.
We started in Shibuya where we photographed Tokyo’s largest and most noisy intersection. It is located right at Starbucks. This is the trend, city, and this has everything to buy in cloths mm. Takeshita dori as the intersection is called is a swarm of people and cars and flashing lights, fun to have seen it.
Then we got to Ginza and took pictures of all people and all the shops. Amazingly so much business here is. In this neighborhood, there are also quite a lot of bars and restaurants.

Next stop was Akihabara where Electric city is. Also a multitude of game stores and electronics stores in 5 planes in some places. We were inside and looked one last round if there was anything we needed for the computer, but we found nothing.

We took a ferry and vent around on the river. I fell asleep after a while, as usual. But it was so nice to sit in the sun, and after a full day among the shops and millions of people I needed rest for a while. We were see large parts of Tokyo and the fish market from the sea. Very high house and lots of bridges. …

Finally we went home and started packing our stuff, from now on, we just have our backpacks with us.

We went out today to Yokohama again with motorcycles and put them in a warehouse, and then we were and arranged all the paperwork so the bikes can be sent the 26: e. After that we took the train from Yokohama back to our little “home”, Asakusa Smile. We sat down and booked, so now we have tickets to Thailand, Bangkok and we have booked a hotel there for 3 nights. We have to stay a few days in Bangkok to check were the motorcycles arriving when they arrive in Thailand. We also need to find someone who can serve our motorcycles as we drove more than 10 000 km, since we started in Sweden.
